This month's SURFACE is the design issue, which is stellar, just like the fashion issue before it. They have a small feature on UK lighting designer & photographer Stuart Haygarth who most recently made an enormous chandelier from re-purposed glasses. At first glance, it looks like several crystalline disks linked in a chain fashion, but upon closer inspection you really can see each former glasses owners personality contributing to the whole. This particular chandelier is composed of various children's toys and plastic everyday objects.
What a good concept.
